Welcome to our website

This site has been created through our passion for the Working Dobermann and was created to be an educational experience for people who are interested in the working Dobermann bloodlines. Through our website, we have endeavoured to provide a history of the ancestors of current working bloodlines and their influence in shaping the development of the breed today.

Our primary aim at Von Roth Dobermanns is to ensure the survival of these working bloodlines. This is done through scientifically based breeding practices with structured health and temperament testing so the dogs can ultimately be utilized for the tasks for which they were intended - family companions, protectors or for Security, Police and Military applications.

As breeders we owe it to the forefathers of this noble working breed to continue their dedicated work so that future generations can enjoy them as we have. It is important that as breeders we stay true to the origins of the breed, remembering that first and foremost Herr Louis Dobermann created a working dog.
