Boris von Herkules

“This black male was bred in Germany. In his pedigree we find well-known names like Dirk vom Goldberg and Titus Germania. As the sire of Alexa vom Taubergrund he had influence on the 'vom Stadtwald' Dobermanns. Boris was the grandfather of Eicke vom Stadtwald the mother of Alexa vom Heiderhof. He also left some other good progeny. He was a very popular stud dog in the years 1970-1973 though some experts are disappointed with hereditary influence.
The German judge Mr V. Steffan wrote about Boris at the Dobermann show in Giessen: “a beautiful, short strong male with excellent depth of chest, a beautiful head with dark eyes, nice markings and correct dentition, moves well”. Boris was a dog with a strong character which he transmitted to his offspring. He passed Schutzhund I.”
