“This wonderful black bitch was bred in Germany. Dona was soon recognized as a Champion. In one of her first shows the German judge Mr W. Hensel gave her reserve Champion ticket, although she was entered in the youth class. On that occasion he wrote: “a 14 month old beautiful bitch with a good head and neck also a beautiful topline. A good deep chest and a nice angulation of the hindquarters. She is elegant in all parts. Only the width of the chest could be better”. Dona was a real champion. She became Best Bitch at the German Dobermann Champion show (DV-Sieger) in 1969 and in 1970 she became Bundessiegerin. She also earned her German and international champion title. Donna passed her Schutzhund 1 title with figures of 92-88-91. Dona is recalled as an outstanding brood-bitch and she was dam of many important champions.” [by J.M. v.d.
