Caecilius Cassander van Diaspora

“This Dutch-bred black male had many titles. He was a well balanced male with a very nice head. His rear was well-angulated and his topline was beautiful. His shoulders were steep. Some judges criticized a lack of static balance. It was very sad that this elegant, medium-sized male died when he was just four years old from stomach torsion.
Fortunately, his value as a sire was already recognized by many fanciers and breeders. His life was too short to serve the Dobermann breed enough in Holland and Germany. At the DV Sieger show in 1981 the German judge Mr. Frankenberger wrote: 'A three and a half year old male who is very well-built and shows elegance (nobility). He has a very well-formed head, a good neck, strong back, correct tailset, is very well-angulated with a deep developed chest and forechest. He stands correctly, has brown eyes, dark tan and correct movement'. At this show Caecilius became DV Sieger.
In 1980 he became Bundessieger and was the Worldwinner in 1981. He got his German, Dutch, French and International Champion titles. He easily passed his Schutzhund I.”
