Cona von Niederkassel

Cona von Niederkassel was the foundation female for both the von der Klingenstadt and von der Weyermühle Kennels in Germany and was titled to Schutzhund III by Norbert Schmitz (Breeder: von der Weyermühle kennel). She lived to 14½ years of age and was the daughter of Satan von Ellendonk and Blanka von der Au. This combination also produced Bessy von Niederkassel and Biene von Niederkassel, and between these three sisters they have set the foundation for some of the most prepotent working lines. Cona, Bessy and Biene can be found singularly and collectively in the foundation of Dobermanns from the Weyermühle, Klingenstadt, Mooreiche, Langenhorst, Worringer Bruch, Merkureck and Hundesport kennels.

Cona was leased by the von der Weyermühle kennel from the Klingenstadt Kennel and she has proven to be an outstanding foundation female. Below are her most influential litters and offspring:

  • Amor: SchH 3, FH, and passed the ZTP with 1A rating for character and SG for conformation. He is sire of the von der Weyermühle “I, K” litters (Ilo, Ira, Kleo, Kent); vom Merkureck “A, B, D” litters (Adux, Andy, Anouk); von der Domstadt “D, E, F” litters (Delos, Daika, Dina, Duramater, Eisha, Faron) and vom Tschirgantblick “F, G” litters (Fiesta).
  • Asko: SchH 3, Vice-Landesmeister LG-Westfalen passed the ZTP with 1A rating for character and SG for conformation. He is sire of the von der Mooreiche “G” litter (Gero).
  • Arco: SchH 3, DV-DM participant and passed the Körung 'for Life' with highest rating for hardness and working drives. He is sire of the von der Domstadt “A” litter (Askja) and vom Holzbergerhof “K” litter (Kid, Kay, Kayte).
  • Anouk: SchH 3, FH, DV-DM participant and passed the Erstkörung at two years of age with Körklasse 2B rating. She is dam of the von der Weyermühle “C, E, D, G” litters (Dascha, Gero, Gina).
  • Alfa: SchH 3 and passed the ZTP with 1B rating for character. She is dam of the von der Weyermühle “B, F, H, J” litters (Bingo, Boris, Hera).
